Innovative technologies of management of social work in the Russian Federation

The purpose of studying innovative technologies of social service of elderly people in the Russian Federation is to analyse and synthesize the best regional practices on the organization of social work with elderly people. It is particular importance during political and economic crisis when elderly people become the most wounded group of the population. As a result of this research it has been revealed that the main document organizing social work with elderly people is "Road map" at the regional level. It is described as the basic principles of increase in efficiency and quality of services in the sphere of social service of the population in the Novgorod region for 2013 - 2018. The training, medical-correctional, social and psychological, health saving and spare time of work are revealed with citizens of elderly age.peer-reviewe

Innovative approaches to the organization of social service of elderly people in a management of the social work : regional experience

The article is devoted to a problem of formation of new system of social service, relevant for Russia, covering a general population. In these conditions the new tasks are set for management of social work. They are connected with creation and introduction in practice of social work of new technologies of work with elderly people who will be directed not only to the solution of the existing social problems, but promoting involvement of pensioners in a "active" old age. At the description of regional experiment of Krasnoyarsk Region on introduction of innovative technologies the analysis and synthesis, logical and complex approaches are used to assessment of level of social service of the elderly. In work, it is shown that the faces of the senior generation are the unprotected social group of the population of Russia. By the way it is added also the financial problems. As a solution of this problem, innovative approach is offered to the organization of social service of the elderly in management of social work of Krasnoyarsk Region. The regional experience will promote the choice of optimal model of management of social work.peer-reviewe

The Renaissance of the Becker–D¨oring–Zeldovich Theory of Nucleation Kinetics

The classical theory of nucleation kinetics was developed in works of Becker, D¨oring, and Zeldovich. The problem of huge discrepancy between experimental data about nucleation rate and theoretical results, based on the classical theory of nucleation kinetics, is discussed. Two drawbacks of classical theory are considered: application only isothermal nucleation kinetics and neglecting of microstructure of supersaturation field. It was shown that for the same temperature and supersaturation nonisothermal nucleation kinetics decreases the value of nucleation rate on 1–2 orders. For high nucleation rates the correct calculation of the microstructure of the supersaturation field can substantially, on several orders of nucleation rate, decreases this discrepancy

The creation of methodology of technical universities students’ intellectual skills formation and development in the foreign language course

The aim of the article is to justify the need to consider the problem of students’ speech-and-thinking skills development in the process of foreign language learning. Taking into account the peculiarities of cognitive processes provides awareness of information perception and reliable memorization of educational material. This provides using cognitive and informational methods of exploration scientific material. The authors come to the conclusion that to form skills of information understanding students must be able to recognize a problem, memorize essential speech phenomena, and realize their phonetic, acoustic, morphological and syntactic content. So to solve this problem we should offer students some tasks, which include the stage of conversion the text into the structures of inner speech.peer-reviewe
